Been sick

Sorry for lack of posts, have not been feeling well at all.
So, let’s see – where did we leave off? Ah, yes – Wicked Faire. To make a long painful story short, a large vendor who was supposed to have two spaces was put next to us into one space. To top it off they had similar product/subject. It appeared to the patrons that we were nothing more than an extension to their booth. By Sat 4pm we had made $10. I decided to pack everything up and give the space to our neighbors and cut our losses. I had no desire to be trapped in a booth that was doing nothing.
We went to brunch at Ninety Acres on Sunday morning. It was a $35 pre-fixe, so it cost over $100 for a couple of dishes and drinks. My eggs benedict was served with chicken. I did not like it at all. We will not repeat that. Instead, we will continue to go to Elements, where we can order what we want, and have peace and quiet in the kitchen at the Chef’s table.
We then went back to get the rest of our stuff from Faire.
Monday through Wednesday I tried to work on Project 52 and YouCake, but was wholly unsuccessful in my attempts.
My grandfather is back in the hospital with renal failure, and not doing well.
I am feeling rather depressed about a lot of things, and need to get my act together and push on.
Even the snow is dreary, not very pretty this time.
