By default, the Postfix SMTP server accepts any sender address. You block email addresses using the sender_access file:

Awesome, (make sure these are the FIRST entry on the lines) helped with my issue! Some if added after other restrictions it is ignored which is pretty frustrating to troubleshoot… Thanks!
