ERROR: Briefly Unavailable for Scheduled Maintenance. Check Back in a Minute
CAUSE: WordPress did not complete an action
SOLUTION: Either
– remove ~/wordpress/.maintenance
– edit ~/wordpress/wp-activate.php and set define( 'WP_INSTALLING', false );
