More Snow Means More Naomi

Snow is coming tonight. That means that my lovely wife will be working from home tomorrow..that makes me very happy!
The client migration is tomorrow night, so I am swamped with last-minute tasks. There are many cool API’s for AWS, including the ability to attach to and detach from a virtual load balancer from the command line. I have been scripting many of these functions for them so that they can easily scale to handle the load. I am so grateful to this client because everything I do for them teaches me more about AWS, and I can apply that knowledge to my own servers. There is a huge library of free resources available from various sources like the actual AWS documentation, and many blog posts I have found. Very exciting!
