As expected, a truly amazing evening. The best part for me was being on the veranda at the Mansion during the party with Naomi, overlooking the valley at night, sitting in front of a real wood fire, with the stars shining extraordinarily brightly above. The view was infinite, the pleasure absolute. Not to mention the […]

We are so looking forward to spending the evening at Ninety Acres. Dinner first, then over to the Mansion to toast the New Year. Eager to see our friend Executive Chef David Felton, along with the rest of our many old friends on staff! Read a quick story about Ninety Acres

Today we went to brunch with the caviar. The kitchen took the tin and presented half with the traditional garnish, and the other with the French scrambled eggs. YUM!!! Thank you, Joe!! The owner, Steve, stopped by to chat too…

At my parent’s request, we met for dinner at Elements last night. Fortunately for us, we had reserved the Cube at 8:30pm. The place was packed! It was, after all, the Friday night one week before Christmas. In spite of the large crowd on a Friday night our party was very well taken care of. […]

Eleven Madison Park treated us like royalty. The food was INCREDIBLE! Just as good as at Elements or Ninety Acres. And, as it turns out, the owner of EMP, Danny Meyer, stopped by our table to check on us personally. Cannot wait to return!

Yesterday was a difficult day. We went to Saratoga Springs, NY (a three-hour drive) for a funeral. On the way home we decided to call Elements to see if they could accommodate us in the private room called “The Cube”. They could. To say that they were busy is an understatement. When we walked in, […]

Working on Project 52 today, since I got so sidetracked by other issues this week. Must get this thing done and out the door so I can get to other projects. Naomi is out shopping and I look forward to barbecuing chicken for her later. She is so beautiful! Brunch tomorrow at Elements as usual…
