Hosting Issues with Verio

I have had nothing but problems with my hosting provider recently. Ever since I migrated from the VPS2 to the VPS3 hosting platform, I have had issues with host availability.
Today, after being paged with an outage for the nth time, I finally had enough. I actually had to create a web page with my stats for them to see. I even included my Nagios logs… http://www.wyzaerd.com/verio
Now, either they fix this nonsense, or I am finding another hosting provider after NINE (9) YEARS! Talk about screwing a loyal customer.
