Saw an old friend who may need some help with his awesome website. That would be great!
Had a nice lunch at the Plucky. I am not happy with the new chef. The butter lettuce salad was very spicy – so much so that I got a flush from it. Will not order it again. At least the sandwich was unchanged. Realized that I had an iced tea at lunch, an automatic thing most places we eat. It has caffeine I am sure. I must change my eating habits.
Still feeling very off. Even asked Naomi to drive home from lunch. She is fighting a sore throat, and I hope she does not get sick.
Came home to find mama cat waiting for us. There was a kitten stuck hanging from one of the deck chairs. It was as if the mama cat knew we would help her. Oddness. We got gloves and extracted the kitty. It seemed surprised by the petting and soothing tones from us. I hope its leg is not injured.
Going to relax for a bit and try to feel better before tacking more git…
