Fantastic Start to the Weekend

We had a wonderful dinner at Ninety Acres.
Started with a bowl of the cauliflower soup and a large wild boar ragu to share, which the kitchen was kind enough to split into two bowls without being asked. The ragu was exquisite, with a luscious flavor and great texture contrasts. It was also piping hot, which i particularly liked. Naomi got the scallops entree and i got the egg appetizer and a “plain” pizza as my main course. The scallops were soft and flavorful, and the other “goodies” on the plate were particularly “yummy”. The kitchen prepared the pizza just right, making it the right kind of well-done that I like. The espresso and chocolate martinis were made properly – tasted great!
Loved the tart lemon meringue pie, and Naomi had the banana split, which she finished and declared to be good. The coffee was dark and strong, along with the much-anticipated mini-carafe of warm milk.

Thank you Jeff for serving us so well, and to the kitchen for making such great food tonight!

We left very pleased and satisfied.
